Sunday Study
Keep this study in prayer! Ask God that the people who come to study His Word would keep growing in grace and in knowledge. Ask God that many Ticos would genuinely understand that God is the ever living, ever present, ever acting One who upholds all things by the word of His power, and in whom all things exist. May the flame of the love of God and a passion for souls constantly burn on the altar of our lives. God always gives His Holy Spirit in fullness to them that obey Him. Always! And this is what I ask that you pray for. These people are leaving every Sunday with convictions and many are responding! Please keep them in prayer! The Lord Jesus is coming back soon to take His people home and I desire that we live this significant truth every second of our lives and as we do, many will come to look unto Jesus and be saved.
Personal Prayer
My son's eye operation went well thanks to God the Father of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. My family and I are extremely thankful for your prayers and support. Sometimes I ask God why He has given me a family like yall that love me and are always praying for me. I feel like I do not deserve this love but because of Jesus we have such a family. I feel as though God has a few words for you who read my blog.
Let love be without hypocrisy. Abhor what
is evil; cling to what is good. Be devoted to
one another in brotherly love; give preference
to one another in honor; not lagging behind
in diligence, fervent in spirit, serving
the Lord; rejoicing in hope, persevering in
tribulation, devoted to prayer , contributing to the needs
of the saints, practicing hospitality
Romans 12:9-13
Please be encouraged to share the Gospel of Christ crucified. I underlined devoted to prayer because we do so much on our knees and we need your prayers. If you feel like the Lord is touching your heart to give or pray, my family and I and other missionaries are thankful. Also I hope to post a vlog soon with much more prayer requests about the Pastors Conference and the outreach we will be helping Costa Mesa High School with.
Much love in Christ
Gerry
